Regular & Deep Cleaning
A full reset first, then standing visits that keep it that way
What you get with regular & deep cleaning
Most places need two different cleanings. The first is a deep clean: the one that gets behind the toilet, along the baseboards, into the window tracks, and under the soap scum that has been building since the last tenant. After that, a regular visit every week, two weeks, or month is enough to hold the line — floors, surfaces, kitchen, bathrooms, and the tidying that keeps a house from sliding back. We quote both, explain honestly which one your space actually needs, and never sell a deep clean to somebody who only needs an hour of upkeep.
It's a good fit if you would rather hand the whole thing off than manage it: one price agreed in advance, a written list of what the visit covers, and a walkthrough at the end so nothing has to be chased afterwards.
Every visit covers the essentials
- Deep clean first, then weekly, biweekly, or monthly upkeep
- Baseboards, door frames, switch plates, and window tracks
- Kitchen surfaces, appliance exteriors, sink, and backsplash
- Bathrooms scrubbed: tile, grout lines, glass, and fixtures
- Floors vacuumed and mopped, including under movable furniture
- Written checklist agreed before the first visit, flat price after
Four steps from first call to final walkthrough
Walk the Space
We look at the actual rooms, in person or over photos, and tell you whether you need a deep clean or just a regular visit.
Agree the List
You get a written checklist and one flat price. Extras like the inside of the oven or fridge are priced now, not later.
The Deep Clean
Top to bottom, room by room, starting with the parts nobody has reached in a while.
Keep It Up
A standing slot every week, two weeks, or month, with the same person and the same list.
The difference an unhurried clean makes
The gap between an acceptable clean and a genuinely finished one is almost always time and order, not effort.
Finished, Not Rushed
Rooms are completed in order rather than half-done everywhere at once.
A Written List
You know what the visit covers before it happens, and so do we.
On Time, As Booked
The slot you agreed to is the slot we show up for, Monday through Saturday.
A Familiar Face
The same person each visit, learning your place as the schedule goes on.
The same habits, every visit
A clean holds up because of habits, not products. These are the ones we don't skip, on a studio apartment or a five-bedroom house.
Straight Answers
A flat price up front, and extras quoted before they happen.
Top to Bottom
High surfaces first, floors last, so nothing finished gets dusted twice.
Respect for Your Space
Your things go back where you keep them, handled carefully.
The Right Product
Stone, tile, glass, and wood each get what suits them, not one bottle for everything.
A Last Look
Every visit ends with a walk back through the rooms we cleaned.
