Northwest Tucson

The northwest side mixes long-established neighborhoods with apartment complexes along the main corridors, so the work here swings between standing household visits and unit turnovers between tenants.

Turnover jobs are cleaned to a move-out standard: inside the oven and refrigerator, cabinets and drawers, tracks, vents, blinds, and the wall marks that a walkthrough always finds first.

For households, morning and early-evening slots are usually the easiest to fill on this side of town, which suits anyone who would rather not be home while it happens.
